Children & Young People's Diabetes Implementation Support Group

I have been invited to join the above group as a service user. The next meeting will be held in June at the Department of Health.

If anyone would like me to feed into the group on their behalf, please email me with details.

The more concerns,ideas or indeed positive experiences the better. I truly believe that our input is vital to deliver an improved service across England.
