Preston and Chorley Junior Diabetes Group

Hi,

I  have been invited to join the NHS Diabetes Programme Board.

The next meeting is to be confirmed. It is chaired by Anna Morton Director of NHS Diabetes.

I will know more about the remit of the group once I have attended the next meeting.

 It would be great if any other members of the group would like to join some of the service users groups that I am a member of. You don't have to attend every meeting and the groups meet up on average every 3-4 months. Normally your travel cost are reinbursed.
